The Althing Chapter consists of members not living in close proximity of a chartered chapters of NST and not residing in the general area of a specific chapter. The officers of the Althing shall be its officers, and its location shall be that of the Althing. Any person not living in the specific area of a chapter has the option of selecting the Althing Chapter during the member signup process. This Chapter and its members shall be entitled to all benefits and privileges of NST membership including the NST News Letter and other resources. Althing Chapter members are invited to participate in all statewide functions of NST.
